The Kingfisher sculpture undergoes twelve separate stages of manufacture; scrupulously quality-controlled at every stage before being lavishly enhanced with a layer of pure silver using electrodeposition techniques, for that exquisite finishing. A final layer of protective lacquer is then added to preserve the bright finish.
